Jewelweed is nature’s antidote, and the best natural remedy, for skin irritations/ rash caused by skin contact with the poisonous plant oils from poison ivy, poison sumac, poison oak, etc. or any other itchy skin issues. It works wonderfully to help dry out, soothe the itch, and heal! For anyone who is allergic to these types of plants, having this salve in your medicine cabinet during the summer months is a must!

* NOTE- This is a seasonal product and can only be made during the summer when the jewelweed is growing because the plant works best when used fresh ( unlike many herbs that are fine to use dried when infusing oils). Therefore, I will only have a limited supply of this salve each year based on the amount of Jewelweed I am able to personally find and collect in my local area.
