ORDER PROCESSING:

Ruby Naturals is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and major holidays. Because we are a small family-owned business and make all of our products in small batches by hand, most orders take 2-5 business days to process depending on order volume. All orders received on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays. During promotional or holiday periods, orders may take a bit longer to process due to the order volume. Thank you for understanding.
